xxRachxx Diet Blog

Day 1 was yesterday (Monday 7th June)
Starting weight - 11st 9lb
My plan isnt really to eat much different as I eat pretty healthily anyway, my main problem is lack of exercise, Its not like we can walk to town, playgroup or the shop as we live in a small village and have none of those here so have to drive. Not even got a bus service!
I intend to do at least 30 minutes every night on my gravity walker or exercise bike.
i did this before and lost 8lb quite quickly, then gave up smoking and that 8lb came back really quick!

had a bad week, blame AF as i get the mega munch a couple of days before,
have put on 1lb

well ive lost a pound and i havent even exercised this week

havent lost anymore but havent gained either, summer hols havent helped with days out ice creams etc

im up 6am every day.. so its on long ole day.. i cant help but snack, i never eat proper meals x
