weight watchers for 5 weeks now and have lost 11.5lb, got my 5% goal and am over the moon Smile

Thats excellent, iv been doing ww for a couple of weeks, not doing so great, there deserts are just soooo yummy

ive never tried thier cakes, i try and have them pink and white wafers in all the time instead, 1/2 a point, bargain, ooo and the mini twister ice lollies there only 1 point, mmmmm.

my savoury snacks are always slat and vinegar snack a jacks, the big ones, they are 1/2 a point, and i treat myself with 1/4 a tub of humous with cucumber sticks for 2 1/2 points on a night, lovely Smile

i'm making myself hungry haha x

you must try there bake wells,you wouldnt even think there diet food

iv got a ww points book plus eating out 1, i just dont know where to start, so many foods lol

iv only got a stone to lose. and determind to lose it befor xmas

i was on the cambridge diet? heard of it, basically consists of just drinking 3 shakes aday no food wat so ever... lost 4 stone in 4 months on that diet after i had my daughter, im lucky i didnt gain that much while pregnant with my son

so you see, im not used to eating foods while on a diet lol probley why im finding WW so hard x

yeah ive heard of that one, nooooo way i'd be able to stick to it lol. i love food too much haha. I find the ww easier than the others ive tried, i feel like i can actually eat properly iykwim.

I started with 5stone 2lbs to lose, 11.5 down this month Smile My aim is summer next year. Do you go to the classes? x

Iv joined up on line, because only class here is on a wednesday and my other half goes footy, so iv got no one to look after kids,

i think id more likely stay on track if i went to a class? im normally pretty good with diets, once i set my mind to something and all, but because iv not that much to lose this time round.. i keep saying ill start properly tomoz,

yesterday was a good day, everything i had was WW and for first couple of days im not eat going to eat there cakes or deserts, till iv lost a few lbs

way you going, you will easily lose that by xmas xx
