i lost 2lbs this week, so defo going to stick with it

it is pretty easy to follow


today i was bad tho

im allowed 18 points a day

a ww meal can b 6points
desert 3 points
bread is 1 point

in my house everything for me is ww.. i drool when i have to cook for b & paris then theres me with my ww meal.. some of them are nice, but not something i get over excited about at dinner times x

ive tried the beef hotpot i like that one!

id end up eating Barrys dinners if i was on the WW diet i love my food far too much especially cakes!
