at the gym at the end of the month woohoo! missed it sooo much. not been in months with being so poorly in this pregnancy. my consultant said it was okay and it will help with getting back into shape after ive had the baby Smile

i lost 2stone before i fell preg by going to the gym. so cart wait to get back at it

What equipment you gunna be able to use?... i stopped going soon as i found out i was pregnant, i mean you wont be able to do anything extreme think i would worry to much incase i over do it. x
